UK healthcare event HCSA goes virtual
As in previous years, our UK h-trak team will be attending the annual HCSA conference and exhibition, as Gold Exhibitors. This year will be a very different experience, but still very exciting.
Going live on 17 & 18 November, HCSA Reunite will connect the UK’s NHS procurement and healthcare community through an interactive online experience. The virtual platform will allow participants to browse around the Exhibition space – where you will find us – and use chat tools to talk with us. As you can imagine, we are currently busy building our ‘virtual exhibition stand’ and developing interesting content in readiness for the event.
This year is the HCSA’s Diamond 60th Anniversary and the theme is both contemplative and progressive – ’The Past, The Present and The Future’. The programme will include an update on the GS1 Scan4Safety programme and the work undertaken on Never Events, both areas of clinical, procurement and finance transformation that we have supported our UK h-trak customers with.
A great benefit about HCSA Reunite 2020 being virtual is that we will be able to share our news and experiences with a wider procurement audience. Clinical procurement people are often unable to spend time away from their clinical settings but as HCSA will be virtual, they now can attend, and if they miss anything, they can catch up later via the on-demand option.
