Prior to h-trak, the management of prostheses at St John of God Bunbury Hospital Operating Suite was largely manual and a very time consuming process utilising hand written registers for prostheses and the manual replenishment of stock. h-trak has simplified patient billing processes and increased the accuracy, capture and revenue for prostheses.

Additionally, h-trak has given us control over our inventory, resulting in better stock management. The auto-replenishment of stock has significantly reduced episodes of ‘last minute’ urgent and costly expediting of prostheses and medical goods, resulting in the flow on effect of financial and time saving benefits for the hospital.
