Season’s Greetings from Prospitalia h-trak

Season's Greetings

Season’s Greetings from the UK team at Prospitalia h-trak. We wish you our best wishes for the festive period.

2019 has sped by and with it many ups and downs for the NHS and the UK.   Despite the UK being in a period of uncertainty, we were encouraged by our NHS and healthcare customers’ commitment to patient safety; stock management (to ensure availability at the time of need) and on achieving cost efficiencies, in an environment of dwindling budgets.

We thank our customers for making 2019 another interesting and rewarding year for our UK team.  Highlights include the ‘Go live’ implementations in the Eye and Orthopaedics complex at Cheltenham General Hospital; in the 17 theatres at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and at the Ambulatory Care and Diagnostic Centre (ACAD) and the Brent Emergency Care and Diagnostic Centre (BECaD) at Central Middlesex Hospital. For InHealth we have implemented h-trak into a mobile unit ready for use in the New Year.  In addition, patient safety initiatives were launched at the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.

Another high point for us was the annual UK h-trak User Group meeting, which was held in London in October.  The level of engagement between our customers was high and great to witness, as they shared their own experiences of h-trak and offered tips on how to make the most from the software. It was a great opportunity also to provide an update on developments and to gather feedback on the issues that affect users. This is vital in order to help us build the roadmap for the future.

Already we know that the first quarter of 2020 will be busy and exciting, with implementations planned for newly-signed customers and for existing hospital trusts.

We’d like to thank you for your ongoing interest in the h-trak system this year – and wish everyone a peaceful and happy holiday season.
