Inaugural Prospitalia h-trak UK User Group hailed a success
Our UK business was delighted to host the first UK Prospitalia h-trak User Group in October, at the renowned County Hall location on London’s South Bank.
The informative and interactive day was attended by our UK NHS trust and managed service customers. With shared knowledge as the main tenet of the day, leading Scan4Safety demonstrator site, University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust outlined their experience using our h-trak system whilst other customers highlighted the positive aspects that they had found using h-trak, namely, traceability ( for patient safety and product recall); the reduction of waste; procedure costing data to feed PLICs – and a reduction in clinical time spent on admin tasks.
Our UK management team, led by Managing Director Kirk Kikirekov and Commercial Director Nadine Carey-Whitehead, showed the latest functionality on the h-trak Android handset and gave a demonstration of the h-control BI platform, which allows hospitals to analyse their procedure data and gain insights. h-control can help plan and manage their theatre operations and address clinical variation. We also gave some insight into the redevelopment of our h-trak resource system (HRS), which will revolutionise the software into a modern and intuitive user interface. In addition we gave an opportunity for our NHS Trust customers to feed into the future product development roadmap.
For the first time since the company was acquired by Prospitalia, we welcomed Bradley P. Gould, Executive Chairman of the Prospitalia Group, who provided an international angle to the agenda with an insight into the Prospitalia Group, its history and service offering for the attendees.
We were delighted that the day went so well – and from the very positive feedback from our customers, we are certainly going to make this an annual event.
