h-trak hits the road with InHealth

During the last few weeks of 2019,  the InHealth Cardiac team underwent h-trak refresher training for their mobile unit. Everyone is prep’d and the system is Go, Go, Go Live for the New Year!

Following the success of using h-trak at their Cardiac unit at St Peter’s Hospital, Chertsey, InHealth commissioned h-trak to install h-trak on one of its prestigious Mobile Cardiac Cath Lab.  The Cardiac clinical team are keen to use the system for tracking cardiac procedures and using the data to review turnaround times and manage stock.

InHealth has seen the benefits at St Peter’s that h-trak procedural data brings, from the elimination of waste through reducing stock held in the Unit as well as having transparent consumption and cost reporting. InHealth is also seeing clinical productivity benefits with significant reductions in lab turnaround times, which has improved the utilisation of cath labs.  It is anticipated these benefits will also be realised in the Mobile Cardiac Cath Labs.
