h-trak Go Live successes in London

The UK team has certainly been busy this year at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH) with two h-trak Go Lives.

Through the amazing commitment from the clinical team at two newly-refurbished Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratories in Northwick Park Hospital, this h-trak implementation was conducted remotely, due to the COVID situation at the time, using a combination of Microsoft Teams and online training resources.

The implementation took less than two months from start to finish – a great achievement when you consider that London North West Healthcare Trust was one of the busiest and most challenged acute trusts in the country at the time.

In the Spring our Project team returned to LNWH for a more onsite implementation, a ‘refresh’ at Ealing General Hospital which coincided with the Trust ramping up their elective surgical activity. This refresh was essentially a Go Live, where new starters were fully trained, experienced staff had refresher training and new product data added to the profile.

It been all systems ahead since then with both sites using h-trak for procedure data capture and stock replenishment.
