Go Live at Central Middlesex Hospital

It’s all GO at Central Middlesex Hospital!  During August the h-trak system went live in the Ambulatory Care and Diagnostic Centre (ACAD) and the Brent Emergency Care and Diagnostic Centre (BECaD)  with the theatre healthcare teams capturing all aspects of procedures.

Driving stock replenishment, tracking implants and providing key clinical data, our h-trak system is supporting clinicians, finance and procurement departments across the hospital.

Congratulations on a great collaboration between the trust’s theatre management team and our UK Implementation team.

Thanks especially to the theatre management team for accepting the Prospitalia h-trak team into their departments and for encouraging their nursing teams to embrace a new way of capturing procedural information. They will now see a reduction in the time that they spend on data inputting and stock reordering as the h-trak system will trigger replenishment, freeing up more time for patient care.

In the event of a product recall, the trust is now able to quickly and accurately identify all patients affected and they have the detailed patient level procedure costing for both implants and consumables which will help clinical costing and spend analysis.
