2020 A Year Like No Other!

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our customers and frontline healthcare workers across the globe for tackling the pandemic head-on in 2020. Your hard work, dedication and personal sacrifices in keeping the nations well in the face of such adversity has been positively amazing. With vaccines and new treatments on the horizon there is a brighter time ahead.

It also goes without saying, we also thank you for your commitment to working with us during such hard times.

Like many companies, the challenges and uncertainties of 2020 have kept our Prospitalia h-trak teams on their toes. Despite the lack of personal contact, our team has adapted well to new ways of collaborating and staying in regular contact with customers. Digital events, conference calls via Zoom, Go-to-Meeting and Microsoft Teams have become the norm, though we have maintained our in-person presence at hospital locations when we were permitted to, for undertaking business process reviews, stocktakes or h-trak handheld training.

With all the restrictions that came with COVID 19, Prospitalia h-trak in Germany, Australia and the UK collectively facilitated 17 ‘Go Lives’ in 2020. This achievement was down to the determination of our teams and the wonderful co-operation by customers.

We would like to extend our best wishes to you and your families for the holiday season and hope that you will be able to celebrate in some small way – and we wish you the best of health and happiness in 2021.
